1. Inspection and Analysis of the Property

Either Andreas, the owner, or one of his experienced managers will join you at the viewing, after the contract is signed or in the middle of the project. Regardless of when Wide Projects get involved it always starts with an extensive onsite inspection. The report will include a complete analysis not only over the property and construction but with suggestions that adds real value to your property.

2. Ideas and Estimate

When you combine well-thought ideas with a solid plan, providing estimates for costs and investments becomes a straightforward process. With our meticulous attention to detail and a firm focus on meeting market demands, you’ll quickly realise that there’s a clear distinction between a construction company and mere construction.

3. Project Management

5. Follow up and evaluation

Throughout the project you will receive digital updates and upon completion, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation. We bring in a Scandinavian impartial inspector to approve the project before making the final payments to our suppliers. All technical and written instructions are provided during the closing meeting.
